This was a really bad computer generated voice, just like a cheap Daley. The machine said that they were from the tax office and I was to call the number right away or face the consequences! Bit has rash but so funny, I really didn’t want it to finish as it is lockdown and I was bored. All joking aside this is definitely a scam and someone will get scammed! Text-to-voice automated call stating that they were BT Internet, there was very suspicious traffic via our IP address and that our access was about to be terminated. Directions to press "1" to "get it fixed before it's too late". I hung up the call and checked the number here and on other, similar sites.
DON T ANSWER THIS NUMBER. After my car accident they rang me and tried to bully me into using their service to recover compensation. The man spoke over ME the whole time I was on the phone, and upset me, then was threatening towards me and hung up on me when I told him he was being rude.
