they have called maybe 15 times in 3 days. this is a outsourced team and potentially not connected with 02 - watch what they say - often it's 'working with / on behalf of'. you may find yourself swapping away from an 02 contract and into a new one with a supplier that you don't know. understand who they. when they called me, they didn't know anything about the account either - its a business contract and another colleague controls the accounts. SCAM Call on 4th April 21, very heavy Indian accent with a songbird in the background! Doubted it would be genuine because of the standard of english so cut him off. However he did have my first & last name and referred to me having requested VOIP which I had done previously but I had already been told definitively that VOIP was not available here. I just had contact with (real) BT who checked my records and no contact had been attempted on that date.
