Silent call - No one there when answered and 'number does not exist' when called back.
Have been called several times from this number during past 14 days. Asian man and woman who claim to be conducting a survey. The organisation is called Choice Today. Also use the number 01274 792012. Both numbers not recognised when I tried to call back.
Fraud - Robo message saying "This is 'bank' security, we have detected an unuthorised transfer..." Its a definate scam! What bank? If a transfer was "Unauthorised", then it should have been declined by the issuing bank, if not, the 'bank' would be liable! Reporting these calls to Actionfraud is a waste of time - nothing happens and it is a difficult process. It is about time this matter became an election issue! It is now possible to make calls from another number look as though the call is coming from somewhere totally different, for example a call made from a Glasgow number can seem to come from London. Be wary. This experience happens on calls from 01506 674749 to 01506 674752 inclusive.
