Like the other contributors, this number called me, it rang on my mobile once and then they hung up - I won t be calling them back! Don t fall for their untrustworthy marketing ploy, just ignore them.

I have had this number ringing for three weeks every other day at aprox 4.20 it rings three times and when I answer it closes how frustrating. I can only think it is a sort of scam

Asked for a woman that doesnt live here so explained they must have wrong number. The caller said no matter, are a home owner then? Just to confirm, after my previous post I reported this number to the police, who said it definitely is a scam, and that Microsoft would never call you about this sort of thing. These people will generally want remote access to your computer to "fix a virus" or something like that. They show you some files that they know every computer has and tell you they re harmful, which is completely untrue. They then use the remote access to steal from you.
