Scammer - phone me claiming to be BT - ‘gentleman with an accent snd call centre in background’ told me he needed to check my broadband - I said I don’t have broadband and he immediately cut off - def avoid this number scammer and liar - next time if he rings I’ll def swear at him !!! Hung up on me and didn't call me back when I told him I keep very little in the account, whilst I was silently checking the account in the background. Recorded message saying it was from my bank but didn't name the bank. Said they were ringing about 2 suspicious transactions on my account and then gave the details of the transactions. Then said press 1 to accept the transactions or 2 to speak to an operator.....SCAM
Looks like this is associated with the scammer on 02080720015 something to do with mobile phone scams. I got a call from them seconds after the call from this number.

When teh caller was challenged it was responded to by a possible African accented woman stating "I am your mother bitch!". The caller attempted to call again some minutes later. The call was not answered.

Call received from this number today, 27 February 2023 @ 10:16. I did not answer, but they left a message, which I felt was an attempt to trick me into responding in order to avoid paying unlawful requests for several hundred pounds. I believe this to be a scam call from someone pretending to be from Amazon.
