Got a text from this number and claims to be British Gas asking for a meter reading. From the other reports, this is a scam and very dangerous !

Indian woman, mentioned something in garbled broken english about BT my provider, so i said no and then she said it is something to do with server connection, told them to go scam some one else,. utter shit from scammers, if i knew where they were i would deal with them in a manner they wouldnt like...Utter scumbags, one day they will get their cummuppence

I'm getting calls on a daily basis. I never answer and always block however, each call is a slightly different number. I've even had 3 different numbers ring me within one minute as if someone is desperately trying to get hold of me!! Don't fall for that one! If you don't know the number and it's important they will leave a message,if they don't it's not important is it? I did have one message left one day there was just a load of swearing going on in the background then it cut off.consider them Dangerous!

This is a scam number for "Electric Yorkshire". avoid at all costs, they overcharge and try to add extra hidden charges. Calling to cancel, they will refuse to and try to scam you out of giving them more money. Luckily I was wise enough to not give them a penny.
