I played along for a couple of minutes & they sent text message codes which someone could genuinely assume was from o2 as they had security warnings advising not to give the code out etc but when I said I was going to run her through some security questions & asked her the 1st line of my address they hung up. Called on Bank Holiday monday 19/9/22 mid afternoon, I did not answer as they rang my private mobile, phone only rang three times then stopped. Do not recognise number, googled tel. no. but nothing found.

Hi Everyone. I wasn't sure whether this message was spam or not, so I rang up Causeway Hospital switchboard and discovered that it was 100% genuine. They put me through to the Validation Team and they had all my details and these were correct. The appointment had been made 2 years ago, so that's why I wasn't sure about it (basically, due to this long covid-related delay, I'd forgotten all about seeing my GP back then and being referred on).
Loft insulation cold call, claimed that they were local - Cardiff is over 100 miles away. Left what appears to be a recorded message.
