Possible SCAM/SPAM? Asked for a man who I regularly get phone calls for (we must have a similar phone number). Talking about a potential claim for reimbursement following car finance taken out 10-12 years ago. Didn't feel right as I said I did not know the person they were after and they went on to give me what felt like fairly personal information. Received a call at 14.27 p.m. from Barclays/Barclaycard saying that two transactions had been made this morning. One for £2000.- and another one for £700.-plus. If I agree to this transaction press one, if I want to speak to someone press two. I pressed two. Then there was a pause and after a while the person with an American accent said good buy.

Also, you know it's a genuine bureaucratic banking process when they ask for 10 different details to confirm your identity.
