Received a call from this number from person with Lancashire accent said he was from HYA. When asked who was HYA he said the company dealt with taking card payments. When I stated I was not interested he asked 'Why not'. I realised it could be a scam to obtain bank details and cut them off.
Hung up when I asked who was calling.

SPAM It's very annoying as we are a business and cannot block numbers. We have received up to 20 calls a day on some days. There's a short wait once you answer and then a message kicks in saying "they are calling back regarding the lagging insulation in the loft that we fitted a short while ago" We just put the phone down now. Very annoying.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls - scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8432632xxx range... People don't fall for it. Did someone answer any number of this range?

This number called my phone. I did not answer. The phone rang 20 times. So they thought it was really worthwhile ringing my number. My number used to belong to an elderly person. Having read the comments on this site, I guess that they have some way of targeting elderly landline users. Why don't BT/the police take them out?
Husband had a car accident absolutely years ago, he claimed what he wanted to through his insurance but this really rude company will not stop calling( he's at work all day anyway!) I say no he's not in and he's at work so now all I get is the phone put down on me ... Omg , really stuiped people who work here, must have done really badly at school to end up doing this for a living ????
