My Truecall unit has logged this incoming call trying to get through nearly every day on home no for at least 2 weeks. They didn t get through my call screening because they didn t press the right key. Today they (claiming to be Lloyds Bank asking for a person I ve never heard of. Decided to ring back on the number given which was difference to incoming: 08081450410. I told them they had wrong no. They asked for my post code & to confirm my telephone number. Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers or life insurance). For sure some general call centre with telemarketing offers. Did someone answer this one people? 18/10/18 unsolicited call to my mobile - person does not speak after I answer and say "hello", twice. After 10 seconds they say "bye" and hang up. A female voice. I did not identify my name on answering so maybe that spooked them. Sounded suspicious though.
