Pushy mobile phone sales call and would not go away even after I made it clear that I wasn t interested in up-grading or changing contracts. In the end I had to just hang up. These calls are always a worry as they may phone my mum or elderly neighbours.

Call center. When asked who was calling, woman caller waded with pleasantries, ignoring my question. There was plenty of background voices indicating she was probably in a call centre. When asked a second time who was calling, line went dead.

An indian sounding guy posing as a Talk Talk techie rings house phone, convinces you that your router is giving out problem signals.
