no message left, obviously didn't realise they were still on the line. voices in the background sounded like they had an Indian accent and I could not understand the language they were talking in. Obviously power dialling as my telephone provider uses UK call centres. As to motive? don't know but should not be cold calling my number

01213890166 said it was Sky asking if I have problems with my VPN blah blah blah. Wanted me to check everything that's connected internet then asked me to open google. All I could hear in background was a busy room of people doing same thing. Didn't feel legitimate at all so hung up, can't be that important because never called back

Very heavily accented Indian accent, also appalling sound quality with lots of noise in the background. NUmber appears to be from a company alled DeVere's. A financial services company who offer finnancial services such as wealth planning, tax optimisation schemes, moving final salary pensions to tax shelters abroad, etc. I have had no personal dealings with the company and cannot comment on their service. I was cold called. I assume they saw that I was a former employee of a blue chip company and they offered to move my final salary pension abroad. They could be perfectly legitimate, I cannot say.

Scammers trying to sell telephone preference services to stop nuisance calls.. They have some of my debit card data and attempted to confirm security numbers on back for security reasons. When I asked them to provide a number I could call them back on, they were unable to provide one. Do not give any information to these people. This is a known scam.

I said that it was a cold call and it was his company job not to ask him to call me especially as i am registered with the tps.He knows exactly what he is doing and he knows my right to say no to cold calls. Since this call was going nowhere he ended it because if you do not answer this survey all they have is your name and number to pester you another day

Has called more than once. Says things like ?and how do you know your life insurance isn?t now up for review? to try and fish for information regarding when your life insurance is up for review to make them sound legitimate. Also said ?we?re not dodgy, I think it is cause of the Welsh accent people often assume I?m from a call centre?. Hung up when I told him I was at work. I think they guess who you have life insurance with so they sound legit. They call around once a month.
