This number(01618186978) was given to me 9 days ago by someone who purported to be from BT's online technical team, which was sorting out an issue with my internet line (I'm no longer a BT customer, but they knew that).

Caller claimed to be from Amazon regarding a subscription charge for their Prime service valued at £199. Then asked me to press 1 if I needed to speak with an service colleague. I didn’t respond and have blocked the number.

Got a call at 11:00am on a Monday morning. Background noise suggested the caller was outside. Knew my name and informed me that they I had a claim for Insurance & mobile phone. They said they were calling from the Bureau. Information was incorrect and they said they would update the system. The call ended.
