Telemarketing- seemed to know all my details (address and full name). I expressed i could not take the phone call as i was working but they pushed me to take the call. They asked me to verify my details and then rattled off some speech about how i may be contacted by someone in the future. I said no to this and she just repeated the statement. I called NatWest on their official telephone banking number who confirmed that this is an automated fraud prevention text alert. It was used to verify a suspicious transaction on my account with a simple Yes or No reply to the text. They state they will never ask for personal details on a text. Genuine number.
They called at 5:30am. I didn't answer and Do Not Disturb cut the call off.
