Couple off missed calls off this number and I don't live in London and am aware it is a landline. Very wary of answering calls from unknown numbers these days!

Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. They called me stating that they had called me over a month ago and I asked for them to review in a months time about a mortgage review, and whether they could save me interest, they proceeded to ask me who my mortgage lender was, when I informed them that I do not give this info out to random callers and that I would not ask for a call back as I am more than capable of identifying whether a review is required on my mortgage, they hung up with no mention of a goodbye, I am on TPS registry so again they are

Calls every day around 8am - luckily I have my phone on mute at this time. Message left says they?re calling from Lloyds Banking Group (Lloyds/Halifax/BoS/MBNA/Sainsbury?s Bank etc.). I?ve never banked with any of these outfits so best guess is scam.
