Very plausible voice offering a solution to my scam calls by issuing a Section 70 order against the purps for just £3 a month for 5 years after which their service would be free. At best this is too good to be true.

caller identified herself as Jennifer (Asian sounding voice) & said she was calling from BT & there was a problem with my computer & my service was about to be cut off. I was slightly concerned since I have a BT broadband account & was using my laptop at the time, but the tone of the call felt bogus so I hung up & checked number via Google.

Started off by saying that there are a couple of government initiatives that are around that might be applicable to me. Asked if I have loft insulation and if it is more than 3 years old it will not comply with updated regulations after the Grenfell tower fire. Not sure if this is legit - he wanted to book a half hour survey of my loft. Declined saying that I would check out the government initiatives for myself as this was an unsolicited call.
