This number 01784321234 claimed he was from BT. He said I had internet issues. Once I turned the tables and started questioning him, he became flustered. He started contradicting himself. He hung up once he realised he was being reported as a scam because BT would always call from a 0800 number. Reported incident.

Woman calls claiming I have recently been the victim of a car accident which is a miracle as I don t drive. Hung up as soon as she said that but she first identified herself as being from Adept Consulting - I actually have a real client with the same business name which is why I carried on the call! Absolute bloody nuisance!!

Got this call today on my mobile and been told that I am eligible for 3 free tickets for Euro Millions for this Friday. It was all just a catch, so you can sign a verbal contract for a year for syndicate were they charge you ?40 a month and offer 100% winning. The guy had my full name and full address and tried to get my bank details - once I dais twice No - hung up like a coward.

Fraud Claim to be a company dealing with OVERPAID services such as gas and electric. Phone every week from various numbers all 020. Each time they try different approaches talking to you. They want to speak to the property owner and will give your postcode, address and that's it. Complete SPAM/SCAM nonsense call. BEWARE!

Believe that this is Sky - we cancelled our subscription 3 months ago and they ve pestered me from this number relentlessly ever since, trying to tempt us back. No chance. This company was originally using a landline number. They are now calling people from a bogus mobile number which shows up as 07463 804966. They are not legitimate and seeking additional info about you. When you call the mobile number back a recording says that the number is not recognised. Hang up or block them, but do not confirm your name or address as they ask you to do.
