This number is Marks Sattin recruitment agency. Called me a number of times but I have never registered with them so am not accepting their calls.

Robotic voice informing me the call wall from Revenue and Customs, and that a fraud case had been opened against me. I was told to press '1' immediately - or a warrant would be issued for my arrest. I hung up immediately.
Voice Recording: "Her Majesty Revenue and Customs, this call is to inform me that there is a tax fraud case registered under your name. You have to press 1 to connected to the office of the HMRC, If in case you don't press 1 and your call is not connected to us then a warrant will be issued under your name straight away and you will get arrested shortly."

It is nasty people from Unite, that so-called trade union who are notorious in the (TV and radio) news for selling out clients to 3rd parties, colluding with employers of their own membership, and selling s**t like stannah stair lifts, private health insurance, Unite s own credit card, enhanced legal services for divorces, deaths of kids and other stuff nobody asked for.
