I've just kept one of their team talking for 12 minutes, saving others from being called by this scam! They claim to be "Road Traffic Management" and that they can get you additional compensation for a RTA you've had. They also claim to have got your details from the MIB (Motor Insurance Database), but when pushed they claim that all they were given was your phone number and the fact that your vehicle had been in an accident in the last five years that wasn't your fault. Some pre recorded computer voice voicemail message (I don't answer any number I don't know) something it said "case which is going to be filed against you our letter got returned please press one to avoid legal actions I" then it cut off. Blocked the number especially as its a mobile number.. Hate the sickos that do this especially as someone who suffers with severe anxiety what is wrong with the people that do this..

Tried to say they were from a solicitor and were ringing me cos I was irresponsible in loans.They rang over 10 times yesterday and kept hanging up when I answered.Today they said this.I laughed and told them they were ridiculous.

SCAM Text message said to be from evri said my parcel had been returned to their branch due to a failed delivery attempt. Wanted me to click a link. I didn't click the link and have reported the text as a probable scam. I'm not expecting any parcel and, as I haven't left the house, they couldn't have a failed delivery.

Spam. Was an automated message with threat that my internet is going to be disconnected. I have a BT line, so I put the phone down on it and then picked it up and waited for dial tone and then dialled 1572, which allowed me to block the last calling number. Not sure if that blocking facility works on other providers landlines. But worth a try. It's a neat facility.
