Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. NEVER call unknown numbers back as you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number masked by a spoofed number which will be a very expensive call.
