I am sick of them harassing my 13yr old daughter. I have already told them to stop but they persist in calling her all hours of the day!! A nusience and unwanted and seem a desperate seedy company to harass a teenager!!!

SCAM. Called just before midday today (25/03/22). A male, southern English, recorded(?) voice on a line that seemed to be breaking up assured me that I was entitled to a free medical alert pendant. Scam! Have nothing to do with anyone calling from this number!

I only use this number for comparethemarket, that's where he has got it from. I would say it's British Gas database as that's what I was looking to change to. Claiming to be from Opus saying that another business had received our meter reading on their bill and were complaining about the high amount they were being asked to pay. Given that our electricity usage is very low, this doesn't seem a likely scenario. Could not satisfactorily answer why if they had made a meter reading cock-up it was anything to do with us. Why would we need to be involved at all? Told them I was suspicious of the call and hung up.
