The caller said they were from Amazon, and I needed to cancel my order, I realised Amazon don't call you so I put the phone down. They used the Number 07931467436. They again rang 07931, and another number deleted it and again 07931, different 6 digits. I have blocked them all. They don't seem right. AMAZON SCAM

SCAM!!! We had a ‘New Customer’ approach us and ask for a quote so we sent over a New Customer form to make sure we could offer a credit facility. They filled in the details of a reputable company so passed the credit check. However, when it came to payment due date, the phone number they provided no longer works and emails are coming back with an automatic reply each time from various different email addresses. I have searched each of these email addresses and they show up on a few scam websites.

Phone was off but had a missed call from this number and HUGE reported on line concerns from people about it. It worryingly coincides with DAILY Phishing e mails for past 3/4 months reported to report@phishing/ICO and Microsoft. Was called by a foreign lady who i could hardly understand supposedly from Vodaphone saying i am elligible for upgrade of my phone but told her im unemployed so can't afford to do it. I do not trust any unknown numbers from cold callers so more than likely a scam call.

Same as others who have reported this number: automated message, female voice, unspecified bank or card provider, two transactions referred to - one, “Amazon” and one, “international monetary transfer site”, press 1 to speak about to someone, etc ….. definitely dodgy and dangerous.

They did not ask for my name just said that someone tried to make a purchase through Amazon and to press numbers to verify
