This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Received a call from this number from person with Lancashire accent said he was from HYA. When asked who was HYA he said the company dealt with taking card payments. When I stated I was not interested he asked 'Why not'. I realised it could be a scam to obtain bank details and cut them off.
