Poor chap has had his number sold to insurance scammers (or cloned by them). They will call you to scam you, but when you call back, a normal guy who has unfortunately been tied up in this will answer.
SCAM - user hung up when I answered on second ring.

SCAM / SPAM Claiming to be from HMRC for fraud asking for my personal information, I’ve called HMRC and they haven’t made a call they would send out a letter not a phone call.
Scam Possibly not a number I knew. I answered rather cross with just a hello. The caller hung up immediately.

A man called, asking to speak to me (so knew my mobile number and name) and said he was from some pensions advisor service. Same questions as previous calls, was I aware of recent pension changes in the law etc. I was a bit vague so he said he would pass me onto a senior advisor at which point I hung up.
