Insurance SPAM This number and very similar numbers have been calling me daily for a couple of weeks. I have missed the previous calls but answered today. A very well spoken man said he was calling from some company (I didn't catch the name) to do with my Scottish Widows life insurance. When I told him I don't have a policy he asked if I'd cancelled it and I told him I had and that I don't need life insurance. He immediately told me to have a good day and hung up. I ve registered my.mobile with the Tps service and that doesn t stop this kind of caller. like before, they call you go to answer as businesses change their number of entries and as soon so you say hello they hang up. if they are a fraudulent company surely the telecommunications company should be suspended from trading & fined.

Just got call from this person spoke with english accent asked about car I was selling on gumtree only posted seconds before phone call then asked about accidents and I hung up had two calls this week off same number one before got straight to the point asking about an accident i had. I ve never had one in my life I challenged him and he hung up. My guess there getting numbers off gumtree ads for cars. Number now blocked.
Tried to upgrade my phone, but took my account details and card number, address etc. I am quite worried now that they have too many details and will use them. No sign of upgrade through my usual EE account!

Just had a cold call several times from these using different numbers. They claimed to be clawing back mis-sold PPI, but having not had loads or credit cards, this can t be the case. Seemed to want to get me to confirm sensitive information which i wasn t comfortable giving out over the phone
My advice is to block this EXACT number on your Device. It belongs to a Company calling themselves the "Financial Claims Company" or "FCC". They phone you up...
