This number is apparently from Indiq, it sent me a random job enquiry thing about some sort of pretty high paying jobs saying I’ll get paid in pounds. No clue who this is but this is the second message similar to this that I’ve received recently. Not sure if this is a spam/scam or if it’s just a mistake but pretty suspicious since it listed the amount paid in pounds and was a very high amount and said the job listing was in London even though this number is clearly not British

Phone pretending to be from E-on wanting to know who our new supplier was, but as E-on already know that he was clearly a scammer just fishing for information. A very aggressive foreign man who thought if he repeatedly demand information we would give it to him. Googled his number whilst he was on the line and numerous reports of him being a scammer and not E-on. Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases PPI scam or debt collecting - financial help). In any case DON'T CALL THEM BACK, it can cost you a fortune. Did someone answer this number?
