Very odd. Lady said she was doing research on behalf of a US charity into healthcare and no personal data would be taken. Asked how she got my number and she said it was 'randomly generated' by a computer. This number claimed to be from Apple and sent a malicious link within the message. The link was a .com domain and was Apple.info-30. Do not click on the link if you have been sent this. Stay safe all.

This number called me 07/10/2022 just after 09:30 with an automated message claiming from HM rev & cust. I hung up half way through message because 100% scam!!
Don't know who it is, but when I answered, I got the silent treatment. Probably someone who lost their nerve and couldn't go on with whatever scam they're upto.

Please check the number and try again' so whoever it is, is obviously using a spoof service to attempt to scam people. If they wasn't trying to scam people, then they would have a legit phone number!
