SCAM Call says they are from the housing disrepair centre calling about the problems i have reported. Except i haven't logged any calls for repairs. They call constantly and wont stop, they just hang up and call back later.

The old "your computer has been hacked, we can fix it" scam.

Call is from Vietnam, as with all 0843, it hangs up don’t call it just block it and delete it.

Pretending to be from O2 and they send a text message to your mobile with a six digit code in, do not give them this code. Hang up and inform O2 immediately.

Male with indian accent claiming to be from BT but I'm not with them for my Internet! I hung up. I often will not answer but it was showing a local dialing code. Is this a clever way to gain your confidence or was it genuine? I'm not willing to take the risk.

SCAM - An automated Voice claiming to be from Amazon & my Amazon Prime Account was going to be auto-renewed. After hearing this I immediately ended the call. I am now getting getting REALLY ANNOYED with the amount of SCAM calls I've been receiving lately (all from different numbers) & feel I need to try and let other people know about it. I felt the need to report this number in case any elderly or vulnerable or/and elderly become a victim from a call from this number. I hope it helps report

Very dangerous. Auto message claiming to be bank fraud office and advising 3 suspect transactions. Asked to press 1 if ok, 3 if not. Did not even give name of the bank! Red flag that auto - they always talk to you in person - they would also want to check that it was actually the custoner talking to! Another red flag re instruction go press button.

Just had a scam call from this number claiming to be Bank Security, about 2 so called payments on my accout, one to Amazon and on international transfer.

This number 33975819984 called yesterday. Number belongs to scammers, message claimed money had been transferred from account to foreign country. Treat as Dangerous / Scam. Scammer claiming to be from O2, offering to reduce my bill by 30%. Didn't confirm my name, if it matches the account holder name, or any account details besides the phone number (which they'd just called, so duh...). Just started asking for the verification code they send you by text when accessing your account. The one where the message specifically states not to give the code to anyone, even people claiming to be O2 staff... Probably not calling from Edinburgh either, probably a spoofed number.
