Calling about a recent car crash I apparently had

SCAM / SPAM 02070285018 Said they were HMRC press 1 to sort out the problem. "If you do not press 1 you will be arrested". New scam.

I saw a travel website with this number, i called and bought two KLM tickets for £800.00 but never got the tickets or my money back.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8432632xxx range... People did someone answer this number?

I did dial this number back simply because it had a local dialling code. . They mentioned something about vehicles.. I don't have a vehicle and neither does my partner

This number is just another one in the same range of similar numbers - 19167199xx - same call centre, mostly reported as a silent call (just testing their database of numbers), sometimes as accident chasers ("Have you been involved in a road traffic accident...?"), or telemarketing offers. I assume this is the same case, blocked it when they called. Did someone speak with some person behind this number?

Impersonating your bank and identifying (false) bad transactions

SCAM Guy called Daniel Gomes purporting to be from Amazon Prime informing me that someone in Manchester had tried to use my account and they needed to verify my details or my account would be suspended for my protection. I did not supply any information, but was told to think about it and call back on 0208 123 7233 which I certainly did not do. I was called again later and this time I hung up. I have received genuine e-mails from Amazon mentioning this type of scam.

Called several times in the last few days, they never leave a message so clearly its junk of some sort. Blocked.

This number is from one of those companies who thinks you are owed millions of pounds for mis-sold PPI.

Called posing to be an Aviva agent but when probed got abusive and said he was Jackie Chan when I asked him to confirm his name and when asked to speak to his manager her went on about my mum and went on a swearing rant before I hung up.

They make calls to offer legal aid to accident victims. They will call repeatedly.
