Today I have had 4 calls from 02036342567 asking for somebody who does not live at this address and each time I have told them that and asked them to remove my number from there...

On the face of it seems trustworthy - they were calling about a refund request I made to Thameslink . They had the correct dates and details . We will see of the money hits my account ! I called the number back and the recorded message said they were an outsourcing company working on behalf of many clients . So that explains the various companies named by other contributors. They are apparently called Teleperformance.

Same person commenting, I forgot to mention that I didn’t hear the phone ring when it happened. But still be aware if it’s anything dangerous/ dodgy.
