When asked where she got my private data info she said "from the same place I get everyone's, from Facebook where you clicked on a like and accepted marketing from us". I know I didn't! SCAM!!!!

I keep receiving messages in quick succession on my landline answer machine (8 this morning so far). They are clear until the company name is stated, when it becomes muffled. Having looked at the reviews, the calls seem to come from Talk Talk (can hear it is a busy call centre in the background), but I am with BT and have never had any dealings with Talk Talk!

It was an automated message claiming to be from Coinbase. Claiming that I had been charged €1000 on my debit card. Then asked press one to speak to the dispute department.
Claims to be calling from Virgin Media, when challenged (I'm on TPS, I'm not in a Virgin cable area, etc) they hang up. Same outfit call three or four times a day, always from a different spoofed number.

Normally they call me from different Aberdeen Numbers, so now they're trying to catch me out by phoning me from Dumfries. This is fraud. A message on my answer machine said they were from my bank and two large transactions were coming off my account. A quick check of my banking app proved this to be nonsense.
Claimed to be energy survey company. When told we were not interested and to delete our details, the caller said "you c**t". Not the attitude to have regardless if it was genuine or spam.
