I received a text today asking me to ring 0345 301 6084. Phoned Natwest on normal customer service number instead and they know nothing about it, looks like a scam number.

I had called the 033.... number to update my payment details, and they were unco operative so i cancelled the membership only to be called and called again by an operator for the rac on this number who wouldnt let the matter drop.

Caller asked for me by surname. When I said yes I was that person he went to hang up. I asked who he was and he said he was just someone who wanted to know if that was my name, and then hung up.

A recorded message telling me that Amazon will take out over £1K from my recently used credit card with them. Press a couple of options. Another slant on the Amazon ...

Many missed calls off them daily. When I ring back I get an answer machine message.

Just called me today. Left no message. If you ring the number, a message says "Welcome to Blades, We called you about a new service but you were unable to take the call. If you would prefer not to receive any more calls, please leave your name and telephone number after the tone. Thankyou." What does that mean???

Further to the preceding comments by Sharon and BlackGarroch, this phone number is undoubtedly SPOOFED! (fake, fraudulent), because it is 12 digits long and therefore not valid ...

Has called twice, first time no answer, second time answered to a woman with a Birmingham accent. Despite being on the TPS they still called. Using a mobile number they obviously use people working from home to cold call. Have now blocked.
