Phoned at 13.20 29 April purporting to be from Halifax Fraud department stating there had been suspect activity on my account and requesting various card details in order to cancel the transactions. I called the Halifax Fraud number and cancelled my card.

As I live in Yeovil I ve been caught out twice by this company. Introduced themselves as the National Workers Organisation (? noisy line) and said I had been brought to their attention because of workplace injury caused by noise. Yeah, right!
