Asked for a woman that doesnt live here so explained they must have wrong number. The caller said no matter, are a home owner then? I said irrelevent if I was seeing as they have not contacted me by name so not interested and hung up. Her phone manner was unprofessional and I suspect just dialling random numbers cold calling

SCAM. 0710721862 called. Began asking whether gas boiler due for update. Iliterate - could not read his obvious script - English is clearly not first language. When I was asked the age of the boiler I said it was installed 9 months ago. He did not understand and got confused. I suggested he went back to school and he hung up. Could be attempt at identity theft or something more sinister. Number now blocked.

If you DO NOT recognise this, please visit https://blockchain.idauth.exchange This is clearly a scam/ploy, as I have no association whatsoever with 'Blockchain Exchange' and never even heard of it before now. When I answered the phone, there is just an awful recorded message saying it’s from Broomfield Hospital & to press a button to hear more. I didn’t know if it was a scam or not as I have had fraudulent calls that sounded like this!! Didn’t press the button just in case as not expecting to hear from the hospital. A text would have been good.

very aggressive and rude when person they wanted to speak to unavailable. Said they had spoken to him before (untrue). Young adult at home at the time answered phone and was asked for detailed information about person they wanted to speak to. Fortunately another adult nearby took over call. Upsetting and intrusive.

SCAM Automated message from 'Energy Hub' offering loft insulation inspections with free fitting. Said something about old insulation causing lung damage. Obviously a recording as when I asked a question the same words were repeated exactly. They eventually hung up. I would say that this is a scam.
