Call from 02034589975 the call is originating in an Indian call centre and the caller asks for name, DOB and address before telling me they've located my Vodafone account (which doesn't exist and my details were entirely fictional). The call is a scam designed to illicit bank details for a new phone contract. I would urge everyone to block this number and not give them any info at all.

Not sure why he continued the conversation but I told him there's no reason to strike up a conversation with a mistaken number.

Scam mobile number. After i made a flight booking through OPODO i immediately get a txt message saying my credit card was declined and i was to answer YES to stop future declined. Unfortunately i did reply YES. So this could mean they will use my number for future scam attempts. I already checked my phone for any malware (avg scan). Anything else i should do? They have spoofed your details and with the code cam access your account. I gave them the wrong code about 5/6 times before they gave up. 07530836343 rang saying calling from my bank, I have two accounts and they did not say which, also rang on my landline which I rarely use. Told me there was suspect dealings and started asking questions. I don't think my bank would ring me from a mobile so I hung up.
