The person called about my sky broadband and ask me if I was living at a certain address. When I told her that I moved she said she will update her system but I told her to check with sky because they have my new address. Then she hang up.

Pretended to be from Virgin Media to resolve my broadband problem, I am not with Virgin Media, I hung up.

This was a scammer who pretended to be from BT talking about illegal access to your broadband.!! That's rich!! Hacked my bank account and Amazon a/c. It took ages-up to 5 days to clear this mess up and it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. If someone had asked me last night if the death penalty was appropriate for scammers, I would have agreed. Now thinking about it castration without anaesthetic would be better.

A female caller with an Indian accent stated she was from Microsoft support requesting access to the PC. After stating 'not interested' she called back 4 more times. She knew my home address which is worrying.

Another scam call from "The Advisors", trying to sell premium savings on life insurance. 'Paul' tells me their website is at theadvisors.co.uk - visiting that results in a rather empty webpage from the domain owner trying to sell the domain for £800. No proper website in place! Indian callers (had a few). Either non or very poor english. Not able to understand what they want, have now just blocked the number.

Indian accent claiming to be EE running a promotion. He ask for some pretty personal information. Name, address etc things EE should already have on file. Did not know the branch he was working from and was pretty adamant to get card info to enroll for the so called promotion but I had already picked up that it was a scam so no information was provided.
