This number called me and there was an old man.
I did not reach the phone before my machine kicked in but as soon as my message started the phone call was ended. I do not know anyone in this area but I do know that the scammers are now able to link on to UK landlines to fool you into thinking it is from a UK number. Yesterday I had a similar call from a number about 15 miles from home but when I picked it up there was the usual call centre pause. When I tried ringing back there was no reply.

These dole claimants are working on a zero hours contract for a company run by serial fraudsters that claim multiple benefits by using your details. This means you could be prosecuted by the authorities for fraudulently claiming benefits whilst working and be unable to prove otherwise.

I got a call today off the same number and can not find anything on them. They asked for someone other then myself and said they had the wrong number and left it at that i rang the number back but it does not get through to anyone and just allows you to remove your number.

SCAM Spam Fraud all the names you can think. Don't bother picking up or replying your call won't go through. Just add it to the ever increasing blocked numbers! My blocked is starting to challenge my phones contacts! I'd love to KNOW WHO it is selling my details as all of my numbers are meant to be protected & are kept out of the phone book etc. Wonderful to wake up to a fake call! I answered, but the man asked for a person, I refuted the question & he hung up. So I don't know if it is dange
