I got a call from this number and checking it out on this website it says there are no bad comments. Well I phoned them back, the phone rang for about 15 seconds, then cut off. I think it was a scam call.

SCAM I am assuming this is a scam number because1) its an unknown number from London, where I am not expecting any calls (I'm in Scotland), 2) I'm harrassed daily with scam calls, mostly from London. 3) the vm this number left was electronic music notes for 30 sec and then disconnect.

They said they were from HMRC. That I was due a refund due to my tax on a ppi claim. I have never claimed on a ppi form. I asked them to put the information in the post, they declined saying they don’t use the post. I then said we’ll send me an email and if you are HMRC you will have my email address. They then said if I changed my mind to phone them. Very strange
TAXES / HMRC - Auto voice said I was going to be fined and I owe money because of a non payment to HMRC. I hung up.

HALIFAX FRAUD DEPT IF a payment gets red flagged this dept of HALIFAX ring to verify that it was you that made the transaction IF this number rings you just ring HALIFAX 0345 720 3040 for your own piece of mind and ask to speak to FRAUD DEPT (HALIFAX told me they had tried to ring me more than once)

Telephone 01782256242 was the number I picked up from distinguishes 1471 yet when I google this number it comes up for 01782256242 - someone supposedly from Microsoft asking about my computer at 07:13 in the morning, told him I didn’t have a computer and git cut off

I called the number someone called Tom answered and then hung up. I was then diverted to another number 01259 333 035 in Alloa, Scotland. This 2nd number had called me yesterday too. It seems suspicious.

it;s the usual lowlife trying desperately trying to rob me of my pension pot. I'd like them to have a go at my bank, I'd get rid of my overdraft then! Seriously I consider ALL of these calls Dangerous, each and every one of them are lowlife robbers so how can they be anything less than dangerous ? To all those trying to trace there package from Aliexpress by ringing this number they display on there tracking, please do not. The best way to resolve your problem is to just wait, most packages arrive they are never just kept at a Royal mail office. If your package does not arrive in the time frame set out by Aliexpress, this can be seen on there site in your orders, this is time to open dispute upload image of tracking get full refund.
