This caller is dangerous, calling about a VISA payment avoid at all costs just put the phone down. VERY DANGEROUS.
SCAM Cold call from John of the equity team claimed changes to equity release scheme, wanted to ask me questions to see if I was eligible 'phishing' said I wasn't interested, he said I didn't need to be at this stage I then said he had cold called and it was illegal he said that wasn't right. I repeated he was a cold caller and I wasn't interested. He remained polite but realised he was getting nowhere. I withheld my number and rang 01970607568, it rang, then automated voice, number not accepting calls.

Started by asking to speak to the business owner which ia a red flag for me then claimed to be from google, back down when queried and said they were a partner, then becamse abusive when I asked them to not call again. Blocked

The operator said he worked for UK Debt Solutions, it was a bit difficult to understand him because of his Indian like accent and I was right next to some factories thrumming away. Scam mobile number. After i made a flight booking through OPODO i immediately get a txt message saying my credit card was declined and i was to answer YES to stop future declined. Unfortunately i did reply YES. So this could mean they will use my number for future scam attempts. I already checked my phone for any malware (avg scan). Anything else i should do? (already checked bank account no dodgy transactions yet)
