I was sleeping and suddenly had 5 voicemail calls on my phone
It's paypal support service.. i was in contact with support via the chat-support system and they contacted me to authenticate the request i made in the chat.
They claimed to be BT but never gave a caller name and had identified potential security issues with my BT Internet. Sent me a code number to "prove" they were genuine but it didn't feel right and when I said I thought they were scammers, caller became a bit aggressive.

Monday May 8 Call from this number stating they were ringing from microsoft. This was one of a series of 6 calls starting on Friday 5th that stated they were (or were probably connected )from microsoft ! Different numbers used for each call; no messages left on answerphone. Incredibly rude asian sounding man told me he was ringing from the citizens advice bureau about my unsecured debts. Asking for someone with a different name, informed him three times that wasn't my name but he kept talking over me.
