Spam cold callers trying to sell solar panels and suchlike

This is a Scam ,but unfortunately it was to late for me.It was not untill they phoned me and said that another claim that I was expecting, they said that had come through.But I phoned another no from my paperwork and they told me it was a scam.I called UKASH to put a block on Voucher.But they had used most of it .They also changed one in to Euros.I am now out of pocket ,plus the 6% that UKASH will charge in getting a refund.SO BE AWARE

I contacted this number after several missed calls, the company is called Freshstart, from what they said they get your info via loan applications etc, They seem to either provide or find you Debt Management company/PPI insurance recovery and probably other things. I just said I didnt need it and to take me of the call list.

Caller advised they were from "Chase Alexander" - asked for me by name - regarding RTC. I asked when was the RTC (last one I had was 2011), they replied in the last 2 years. Told them the last RTC was before that. They asked if they had their records mixed up with someone else at my address. I asked what address they had for me and they hung up. Sounds like they are trying to obtain personal details - possible vishing scam - AVOID!!!

I have also had the silent and then Goodbye calls from this number. Today I spoke to two of their agents on two seperate calls. The company is called Consumer Care Direct based in Manchester and claim to save money for you, as long as you give them some. After telling the first caller that I would be reporting them to TPS I received another call 3 minutes later from an arrogant agent calling himself Victor. Scam do not answer. Kept getting missed calls and so called back and message says 'please wait for the next available agent'.
