I suspect a scam and did not take the offer. I think they will find a fault somewhere ( although the system is faultless0 created by themselves to enable generation of some paid business.

This is a firm of surveyors who want to make Rating Appeals. We are registered with TPS and have also asked them to stop making calls - they ignore both facts. They are just like PPI Claims people. Have complained to TPS and to ICO and now to the RICS who are their Professional Body. Their website says they have a 70 seat call centre - so must be making thousands of calls every day.
