A very well spoken lady, named Aliza, has called my mother several times from this telephone number trying to pressure her into buying a cover that she does not need but supposed to already have. My mother is old and gets frightened if she thinks she has not paid a bill. I took over one of the calls. Aliza said she was calling from the contracted engineers who are called out for a policy with Domestic And General called sky protect. That my mother was paying far too much at 9.99 per month and that they will
