The Database exists but it does NOT have this information. It is for tracking "the progress of UK renewable electricity projects over 150kW through the planning system".

It is definitely a phishing attempt. I got a landline message as did a colleague. The usual URGENT etc.but I knew that HSBC would not have my work number. Rang First Direct (owned by HSBC). After 5 minutes of checking, they confirmed; 1) They had not called me or left a message with me or with my colleague. 2) They confirmed that 03456 008891 is a scam emanating from India. BEWARE
