this number has been calling me several times per day for around 2 weeks, when I answered it was a telemarketing company telling me I had been involved in an accident (I haven t) when I responded with "well you know more about this than I do" the caller hung up and didn t call again so I will definitely be using that tactic in the future
They rang my mobile twice today. The area code that came up is my home area. I rang them back, as I wondered if it was someone I knew. No not a bit of it. They are on Merseyside which is a 4hours road trip at least from here. Apparently it depends when the 'phone signal comes from - yeh right. I told them not to ring me again and they said they wouldn't. We will see.
My daughter has had 17 calls in the past month from this no. re car insurance claims...she's 16 and has never driven a car.

They call me told me about some organization name I didn t remember but he spoke my name and told me that we are doing survey about PLC. I replied him, I am busy and told him to call me after 1 hour and he hung up saying thank you for you co-operation. Person s voice not seems to be like of real UK based accent. Then asks you to press 1 to speak to an adviser. The advisor distantly says she is calling from the HMRC and asks for your name. When I asked her where are you calling from again, she hung up.
