I have the TruCaller App (Free version) it notifies you of scams, etc before you answer. I will be using this on my new phone, it s a great little App and instantly told me this was a PPI scam. This is an old scam which has reared its head again with new numbers. Do not press either button or you will be charged for the call and can be very costly. Block the number immediately.
