Caller asked to speak to the owner of the business regarding crime prevention of rogue traders in the area. Advised business owner was not available and caller hung up before I could finish sentence. Tried calling the number back to complain about the rudeness and was on hold for 4 minutes before call was cut off with a 'Goodbye' message.

Just called me following a vehicle accident. Weirdly they had some details of the accident and were asking for more. I ended up terminating the call advising to deal with my insurance company only. Definitely a scam - trying to get me to sign up to a personal injury claim that wasn't true and trying to send me paperwork. LESSON - ONLY deal with your own insurance company.
