called mobile asking about accident and was not clearly saying which company was calling from, I kept asking but they kept asking if I'd been in accident - and I kept asking if she could repeat herself and she kept asking me to confirm that I'd been in accident, then cut call off

Ijust answered a call from this number. There was a lot of noise in the background and it seemed that the person phoning, thought I was phoning him. When I pointed this out, he said "you ve got a bad attitude" and when I said "pardon" he said "you heard" and hung up!! Very rude and aggressive!
