SCAM - Alex called about my faulty loft insulation. Told him the loft was fully boarded and insulation replaced. He cut the call without even saying goodbye. Another scam.

No idea who it is but they should not be calling my young daughter on her phone. If this was a person in the street I d call the police at once.
