some one called said he was santandar told him we dont do phone banking and shouldnt be calling santandar say they do not call of mobiles

They claim to be from Microsoft Reading Headquarters. They claim that you have several viruses and they will fix them by asking you for access to your computer. A complete scam and fraud.

Then wanted details from me !! Total scam and in breach of the rules set out by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), including specific guidelines about how they contact you. Scam! I received a call which started with a voice message saying that if I wanted to avoid legal action I had to speak to an operator immediately. The woman I spoke to said her name was Agent Sophine and she was part of the investigation team, even though she kept changing the name of her department. She was very aggressive and spoke very fast.
